It's A Man Thing!
Back when I was growing up my dad used this stuff called vitailis and that greasy looking stuff kept his hair in place. How things have changed for the men today. Men scalp produces more than twice the volume of oil than a woman, that's because a mans pores are double the size of hers. They may have more scalp issues scalp acne, eczema and if balding basil cells.
Now men are becoming a lot more informed about whats good for them, whether they are going to a Barber Shop or to Hair Salon. In early years they just used a bar of soap to shampoo their with. Now they are using better products and not what the wife uses. You men can also ditch the the dandruff shampoos and turn to something a little more natural that will keep your scalp healthy and clean. Proper hair maintenance for men goes beyond slapping on shampoo and running a comb through your tresses. It involves using good products, getting regular haircuts, and taking care of your scalp.
It is ok to shampoo often as long as you are using proper product in your hair, you can shampoo and condition everyday as many times as you need to without any side effects. Just use some common sense if your hair is dry don't use a shampoo that removes oil, your just drying out your scalp. There is a myth if you shampoo to often your hair will fall out, but it is not true. If it is going to fall out it is in your blood.
Most men do not use conditioners but what they don't know is conditioners are necessities because a healthy scalp means healthy hair.
When it comes to styling products, pliable ones are better to use because gels seem to get hard and stiff looking. Pliable products aren't to stiff and you can move your hair around. Sometimes you'll spend a little more on a product, but you will not half to use half the bottle on your head each time.
Keep your hair cut about every four to six weeks. Be sure to keep unwanted hair off the ears and get that neckline shaved. Some men wax ears it retards hair a little longer. Don't forget your eyebrows they need to be trimmed so that you don't look like Bobby Knight. One more thing about hair maintenance don't forget the nose, it needs to be trimmed also. Just keeping you in shape hair wise!
